About the Role

You will review engineer test reports, generate professional quotations, and follow up with customers to secure purchase orders. Working closely with our Technical, Planning, and Operations teams, you will help maintain accuracy, improve information flow, and support smooth nationwide service delivery.

This is a varied role involving technical assessment, report creation, communication with internal teams, and problem‑solving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing accurate quotations for remedial works based on engineer test reports

• Following up quotations with customers to secure purchase orders

• Creating digital reports using Microsoft Office and internal software

• Working alongside Planning, Operations, and field engineers to ensure information accuracy

• Managing non‑conformances through Operations Managers to ensure corrective actions

• Supporting team meetings with insights and updates

• Monitoring KPIs including turnaround times, quotation volume, and order value

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and confidence working in a technical or estimating environment. You should be organised and comfortable analysing reports and producing accurate quotations.

This role suits someone who thrives in a busy, service‑driven environment, similar to the qualities sought for operational planning and support roles across PTSG.

Preferred but not essential: experience in electrical services, estimating, compliance, or technical administration.
